Underneath the graphics it is the same race chassis we build every suit on: top-grain drum-dyed cowhide, metal armor at the shoulders and elbows, CE Level 2 protectors at the back and thighs, and external replaceable sliders at both knees and elbows. Is this the same as BMW's own Motorrad ProRace suit?

No, and we want to be upfront about that. BMW Motorrad sells its own official ProRace suit through BMW dealerships, built and warrantied by BMW. This suit is an independently manufactured alternative finished in the same white, blue and red colors, built on our standard CE Level 2 cowhide construction rather than BMW's own materials or warranty program. The trade-off is ours is available made-to-measure at no extra cost and at a lower price point; BMW's carries factory backing and dealer fitting. Choose based on what matters more to you: OEM backing or custom fit and price.

Do the legs go inside or outside my boots?

Inside. Race one-pieces are cut narrow at the ankle so the leather tucks into an over-the-ankle race boot, which is what most track organizations expect at tech inspection. Boot-out styling belongs on touring pants, not race leathers, because a loose cuff can catch and ride up in a slide. If your boots are a bulky adventure or touring design the cuff may not clear them, so measure your boot shaft circumference before ordering. Standard sportbike race boots from any major brand fit without an issue.

Does this suit come with a speed hump?

Not on this model. It ships with the clean back you see in the photos, which most street and track-day riders prefer for upright comfort off the bike. If your race class requires a hump, or you want the aero benefit above roughly 100 mph in a full tuck, the custom program adds one to this exact design at no charge. Mention it when you order. Everything else about the protective spec, from the CE Level 2 back protector to the external sliders, is identical either way.

Do gloves come with it, and what should I pair it with?

Every suit ships with a free pair of matching gloves. For track use, make sure whatever gloves you run are gauntlet length and overlap the suit cuff with no skin showing when your arms are extended on the bars, because that gap is the first thing tech inspection checks.
